Feast of Candles

Way back in 2011 we're chosen to be part of Jaro's entourage! I'm one of the Princesses. 

My Prince is my King/Cousin, Carl Po! :)

February 2 is the Feast Day of Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria and also the fiesta of Jaro, Iloilo City. Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria is the first ever female Saint that was crowned by the late Pope John Paul II himself when he visited Iloilo. 

They Lady of Candles is at the Jaro Cathedral.

Queen Superbabe

The night I wore a beautiful gown, high-heeled shoes that perfectly glitters and with golden crown set on my head to commend my reign.

I'm wearing a classic Philippine Tierno embellished with native beads and fine radia et abaca tassle layered on duo of beige and off shade of white to blend a true Filipiniana colors.

May this year's fiesta will be successful as mine and thank you to all the people who made it possible.

Our common goal is to bring out the bests and to put our town to a pedestal of change and progress.
